Vincent Metals sells Monel® K-500 in rod form.
Monel® K-500 is an age-hardened nickel-copper alloy used in several industries and products. This alloy has good corrosion resistance and high strength. Monel® K-500 can withstand sub-zero environments and is non-magnetic. A few industries that utilize this alloy include:
- Marine
 - Chemical processing
 - Food processing
 - Pharmaceutical

When compared to alloy 400, K-500 has significantly more yield strength and tensile strength. Cold working gives K-500 even more strength. A few end products that incorporate K-500 are:
- Pumps and valves
 - Electronic components
 - Springs
 - Cables
